The apartment is becoming a toaster oven. The Lair is a tiny little box of heat. I vow to try to power through this hot summer in there to be just as productive as the winter. Much like I powered through the hardest Spin Class in life last night - but any class that incorporates Britney Spears, Adele and African drum music all in one hour is something worth getting through.
So this dress is kind of in limbo. Its the dress that was driving me bananas on Saturday, but I decided to power through. I'm not sure if I want to keep it this long - I may go for a tea-length or possibly make it short, I can't decide! Also, I'm not sure about those shoulder straps.... we'll see where the spirit moves me this week. I'd like to wear this to a bridal shower on Sunday. Oh! Also, this is some of the vintage fabric I got from Brimfield...circa 1920, so that's pretty cool.
