Chris's 3-year-old niece Chloe will be wearing this for her little brother Logan's 1st birthday party (you saw the matching skirt for her mom, Patty, last week). I bought a pattern for this one and I'll be honest - this dress looks nothing like the pattern. I hated the way it was coming out and I think I traumatized poor lil Chlo' at her first fitting - it kept falling off her tiny little self. So, I revamped the whole thing and am crossing my fingers that it fits!
