I have gone crazy for prints! I love how the trend now is bold prints, mixed prints, animal prints, prints-that-are-animals, stars, stripes, dots, spots - ah! Love 'em all.
I'm making a dress for a friend-of-a-friend, a graphic designer, who normally wears black - but her special man mentioned he loves her in bolder prints. I hit up my favorite fabric store and snapped some pics of a few prints that I think are good transitional designs - not too bold, but still quirky and fun.
While the colors may seem summery, I'm picturing this styled with maroon tights, some brown boots - delish.
Everyone loves geometrics! In this neutral color story, it can be styled with pretty much any pop color in a cardigan or tights.
I'm not sure what this is supposed to be, BUT: I love these colors for fall.
I absolutely am bonkers over this print - from far away it looks like small flowers, but up close - its little ladies! The client liked it too, which is always awesome.
I love this neutral floral. It's graphic and feminine and would go with anything.
I've been seeing a lot of small calico-esque floral prints and I think the colors in this one are awesome for fall, and not to loud.
Stay tuned to see what she picks!
