Party in the back

That's what this dress is. When you see the front, you're like, "oh that's a moderately shimmery tunic, how fun." But when you get to the back, you're like, "oh. em. gee. where is the champagne?! this calls for a celebration! Par-ty! Par-ty! Par-ty!"

That may be going too far, but once again the applique bin at Astoria Fashion Fabrics made me proud.
