Eek of the Week & the scarf winner!

I'm trying out a few new features, Eek of the Week in which I find something that'll make you (or just me) go "oh heck no", and Chic of the Week, in which I find something that'll make you (or just me) swoon.

Eek of the Week:

Let me preface this by saying that I am a HUGE Ginnifer Goodwin fan, both for her style and her talents.   I am constantly threatening to chop of my hair to mimic her pixie 'do.  However, I think she missed the mark here.  Obvs she is at at Kentucky Derby event, so the hat is acceptable.  But I think the sleeves of this should be at least a half a foot shorter or nonexistent, and then length could be taken up a few inches too.  The heavy black shoes take away from the playful color palette (which I LOVE).  A strappy sandal would have kept the whole look a little daintier.  I think it could be a bit more tailored to her small adorable petite frame - its making her look a bit frump.  I'm so sorry Ginnifer, your ensemble is the Eek of the Week.
