This is an event dress for a gal I haven't met yet, but her name is Cicely and she seems fab. Its a pretty lilac hue in a simple silhouette with just a few simple details to make it stand out. The double-spaghetti strap is a new favorite thing of mine, because, come on, who doesn't want more spaghetti? The fold-over collar also gives it a little somethin' extra in the décolletage area, which is always fun for everyone. (Pardon the slight pulling, dressform and lady do not match and there is some stretch in this number.)

You are so talented. I hope one day to be able to sew as well as you. I'm a bit of a novice right now. I haven't really sewn on a machine since home economics in school.
