More for Maria

This sassy little number is for a sassy friend of mine, Maria.  I made a dress for her last year for a wedding she was attending, and she's back for more.  She is going to look dynamite in this low-cut, flowy cocktail dress.  The top is all hand ruched for the wrap effect and the bottom is a-line hi-low for a smoother silhouette on the bottom.  I love it! I want it! Okay its settled. I will have one too.

Also,  did you all know that September is National Sewing Month?  I didn't until this morning and I got spam email from a pattern company.  But its true!  And now that the wedding party is complete, I am back in the swing of sewing things and will hopefully be posting more frequently.  The schedule is clearing up ladies, so get those orders in for holiday dresses!
