Flip This Dress: Vintage Thrifted Flip Volume II

That title was entirely too wordy. I get it.

So remember the pre-flip from yesterday? Consider it flipped!

The sun needs to start coming out because the light in my apartment is terrible.  Or maybe we should get some new lightbulbs...

So I removed the frump-o sleeves, sliced off the top, and took in the width a bit.  I then used the sleeve material to make some straps to weave through to the back.  Then I wore it to work today.
