VICTORY.

If you remember from my post yesterday, I had a less-than-satisfactory sewing evening the night before.  Discouraged, dejected, and just downright pissed.  Flash-forward to last night: I went into that sewing room, and I showed it who's boss.

I started this number a few nights ago, and when I sauntered in there last night, there it was, an unfinished project, taunting me.  After what happened the previous night, I was ready to scrap it and make some pillow cases.  But something came over me (wine).  I took a swig of my red, turned on some Queen, and got to work.  A few hours later, I was doing a victory lap around the apartment in my brand new maxi-dress that I will overwear all summer long because it is THAT awesome.  There, I bragged.
