Stripey Scraps

This dress is awesome for a few reasons.  The first being that it mixes stripes, which is a favorite new trend of mine. The second being that I made it from the remnants of two past dresses.  As they say, "Waste not (fabric), want not (a new dress)".  It went something like that.
